Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using DinePerq, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Reward Otter terms at rewardotter.com/terms, which govern the Reward Otter family as a whole. If you do not agree, do not use DinePerq.

2. What DinePerq is

DinePerq is a tool, operated by Reward Otter, that maps card-linked dining rewards across many programs and helps you combine (“stack”) them. DinePerq is one product in the Reward Otter family, alongside TripleDip and MyReward, and runs on the same shared Reward Otter account and backend.

3. Your account

• One Reward Otter account. Your DinePerq login is a single Reward Otter account shared across the family. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Per-site sign-in. Signing in to one Reward Otter product does not sign you in to another; you authenticate on each domain.
• Responsibility. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use DinePerq for any unlawful purpose;
• access the service or others’ accounts without authorization;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload our systems;
• introduce malware, scrape, or harvest data at scale; or
• impersonate others or send spam through the service.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and the bundle

• Plus and bundles. Some features require a paid plan. Web purchases are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) through the shared Reward Otter billing backend.
• Cross-product entitlements. Because entitlements are stored against your Reward Otter account, a Plus or bundle benefit may apply across multiple products in the family.
• App-store purchases. If you buy through a mobile app store, that purchase is also subject to the store’s terms.
• Refunds and cancellation are handled under the Reward Otter refund and cancellation policies at rewardotter.com.

6. Rewards programs & no financial advice

DinePerq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the reward programs, card issuers, banks, airlines, hotels, or merchants it references (including, for example, Bilt, American Express, Rakuten, Marriott, and others). Program names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the programs we track. Earning rates, credits, and rules change and vary; DinePerq is provided for informational purposes and is not financial, tax, or legal advice. Always confirm the current terms directly with each program before you rely on them.

7. Intellectual property

DinePerq and its content, features, and branding are owned by Reward Otter and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as the service normally allows.

8. Third-party content and links

DinePerq may reference or link to third-party sites and content. We are not responsible for them, and you access them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

DinePerq is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reward information will be complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reward Otter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or rewards. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reward Otter harmless from claims arising out of your use of DinePerq or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or the service at any time; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. We may suspend or end access to the service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Reward Otter operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
